With prior experience in retail and customer-facing roles, Ashleigh has developed strong communication skills and the ability to adapt seamlessly to different environments. Although accounting wasn’t initially part of her journey, she has embraced the challenge with enthusiasm and a genuine eagerness to grow.
Since joining Agilis, Ashleigh has shown a quick ability to learn and a strong commitment to delivering quality outcomes for both the team and clients. She views her non-traditional background as an advantage—fueling her drive to expand her knowledge and develop a strong foundation in accounting and finance.
Outside of work, Ashleigh is a dedicated matcha enthusiast and brings a vibrant energy to the office.
