Romaine joined the Client Services Team as a Client Services Administrator, bringing over 10 years of diverse experience across travel, hospitality, contact centre, and government sectors. She combines this practical background with strong expertise in client services, customer experience, operations administration, team leadership, records and data management, and travel and hospitality.

She is currently completing a Diploma in Business and Sales Management online, further strengthening her foundation in business operations and client engagement. Romaine is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and delivering consistent, high-quality service, while continuing to grow her capabilities within client services and administration.

Known for her adaptability, positive attitude, and collaborative approach, Romaine contributes effectively to team environments and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency across her work. Outside of work, Romaine enjoys saying yes to new adventures and creating lasting memories, whether through travelling, road trips, beach days, rugby, or watching K-dramas.
